It is with broken hearts that we share the devastating news of the passing of our beloved Jake, who tragically lost his battle with mental health at just 21 years old.

There are no words to truly capture the pain of losing someone so young, so full of love, kindness, and light. He had a heart that cared deeply for others, even when he was struggling himself. His loss has left an unimaginable void in the family and in the hearts of all who loved him.

As we come to terms with this unimaginable loss, we want to give Jake the beautiful farewell he deserves, a celebration of his life, his laughter, and the love he gave. He was a loving son, a caring brother, and a loyal friend who deserved so much more time in this world.
