Dear friends and family,

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jacob Nguyen (Tuan-Anh). Jacob was beloved by many and was a great son, brother, cousin, nephew, and friend to many. He was a bright spark in this world and will be deeply missed.

As we come to terms with Jacob’s passing, we are faced with the difficult task of arranging his final farewell. We are reaching out for support in honoring Jacob’s memory.
