It is with a heavy heart we share with you all the passing of our loved brother, son, grandson, cousin, nephew and friend Jacob Alexander Galeana.
Jacob earned his angel wings on Thursday Morning, May 16, 2024 at only 21 years old. He was truly a caring soul gone too soon.
Jacob will always be remembered as the most loving, genuine, funny and charismatic person we all enjoyed to be around. He loved the beach, music, nature, and memes…he always found a way to make you laugh.
As some of you may know, Jacob was battling a mental illness that was constantly being treated over the past year. Unfortunately, in the process of providing care for him, he lost his battle due to natural causes.
As we share our devastating experience, we also hope to spread awareness to all Mental Health issues. Please take this as a reminder to keep your loved ones close and not take time for granted. We encourage you, or someone you know to seek help before it’s too late.
All Donations are truly appreciated and will be funded toward his funeral expenses as we lay him to rest in a celebration of his life.
