In Memory of Jack Forsyth

We created this GoFundMe to honor and remember Jack Forsyth, who passed away far too soon on December 13, 2025, at just 20 years old.

Jack was someone people genuinely looked up to. He was incredibly smart, hardworking, and loyal, but more than anything, he was a good friend and a good person. Whether it was through hockey, school, ROTC, or just spending time together, Jack showed up for the people in his life. He cared deeply about his family, his friends, and his passions which included fishing, reading, robotics, and hockey.

Jack was studying aerospace engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute on an Army ROTC scholarship, and he had so much ahead of him. His loss has left a hole in the lives of everyone who knew him.

Jack’s family has asked for all funds raised to be donated to charity to honor the life Jack lived in form of donation to the National Alliance of Mental Illness. All money raised will be donated to this fundraiser in Jack’s name. Any donation or share, no matter the size, means more than we can put into words.
