In Loving Memory of Jacinto (Jitz) Yamzon
"Goodbyes hurt the most, when the story was not finished..."

Dear Friends,
On Monday, August 16, 2021, Jacinto (Jitz) Yamzon suddenly and unexpectedly passed away. Jitz was a wonderful husband, who adored his family. He was a vibrant force and yet gentle strength to his family, friends, church, and colleagues. He leaves behind his wife Jennifer and their three children, Jada, Jax, and Jacey.
Jitz worked as an Occupational Therapist at UC Davis Medical Center. There, he made a huge impact on the lives of his patients and the staff members he worked with. I'm told he was an inspiring and thoughtful Clinical Instructor to his students as well. Off the clock, he and Jen would rally behind the kids in support of all of their interests. They were a beautiful, balanced team. He was intentional at making memories with his family. He was known for his kind heart, generosity, big smile, humor, and positive attitude. He will be sorely missed. We can not even imagine the impact on his family.
For those looking for ways to provide support, we have set up this memorial fund to help Jen and the kids as they navigate this heartbreaking time and help remove some of the financial burdens of Jitz's passing. All funds will go directly to Jen and the kids. Jen requests prayer for her family and wants those who are praying to know that she "feels them". She asks that we "keep them coming."
If you would like to pay your respects, the funeral details are below. Thank you for your contributions and your continued prayers.
