In Loving Memory of Isaac Joseph Zalme

Last week our beautiful friend, Isaac Joseph Zalme, peacefully and quietly left this world.

With his passing, Isaac will be leaving an irreparable hole in our hearts worldwide and for those of you grieving such an incomprehensible loss, my thoughts are with you.

A man of many, many talents and exceptional intellect, Isaac impressed upon us what it means to be a true friend, an artist and how to love someone unconditionally as family.

If you had been lucky enough to get close to this man, you would understand that Isaac was a true artistic genius.

His creativity spanned from rapping to beat making to painting and sketching. He was a genuine lover of the arts and we are hopeful with an exhibition TBA in the future, we can share some of his contributions.

For more than 2 decades, Isaac has also been a dedicated Melbourne hospitality veteran, stirring down your drinks at local hangouts such as Atticus Finch, Bennets Lane Jazz Club, Boney, Laundry Bar, Bar Americano and The Lounge just to name a few.

But Isaacs main passion was Hip Hop.

Everything that embodied it, he lived it.
Lyricism, DJing, B-Boying, Graff, Knowledge of the movement.

In fact, when i first met Isaac in 2000 at Footscray City College in drama class, the first thing he said was "My name is Isaac and i like Hip Hop". ... My ears pricked up immediately as i looked over to him. We were close friends from that point on.

We are going to sorely miss our homie, Isaac, aka The Walrus, aka FUED, aka Dirt Saacarach, aka Papi Saac.

All contributions will be going directly to Jennifer, Isaacs Mother, to support in paying for a memorial, funeral, and the other many financial obligations that have sprung up on this incredibly tough time.

Nothing whatsoever can take the pain away for Isaacs family and friends but at least we can take away some of the financial stressors for Isaacs family. Any contribution, no matter how small is extremely appreciated.

We will love you forever, Isaac.
