In Loving Memory of Sweet Honey Bunny ️

Sweet Honey Bunny lived a beautiful, love filled life by my side - one that was heartbreakingly cut short just a day after her second birthday, on October 8th.

The nightmare began last Wednesday, October 1, when two of her puppies tested positive for parvo. I rushed them to the vet for outpatient treatment, not realizing that this was only the beginning of a long and devastating battle. Within days, all eight puppies and Honey Bunny herself had contracted the virus.

On Monday, one of the puppies, Violet, passed away in my arms. The next day, Honey Bunny began to rapidly decline, and I had to make the difficult decision to hospitalize her. Despite every effort, including aggressive veterinary care, she went into septic shock and passed away far too soon.

Four of her puppies have thankfully recovered, but three are still fighting for their lives in the ICU. After losing Honey Bunny and one of her babies, I can’t give up on the ones still holding on.

As you can imagine, treating nine dogs for parvo has resulted in overwhelming veterinary bills. I’m humbly asking for your support — every dollar helps cover medical expenses and gives these three little fighters the best chance to survive and live the happy lives Honey Bunny would have wanted for them.
