In Loving Memory Of Hilmer Carter

We are trying to raise funds to help with final expenses (mostly medical) for H. Lee Carter. On November 3 after pulling his car over on i15 in St. George Utah. Lee was hit by a drunk driver. He suffered multiple injuries and required immediate surgery. His incision got infected and turned sepsis. On November 25, at the age of 78, Lee passed away.
