In Loving Memory of Hannah Johnson

Hannah Naomi Johnson, age 37, passed away with family at her side on Wednesday, November 25, 2020, at Regions Hospital in St Paul, MN. She had been battling a persistent blood infection since early 2019, requiring lengthy hospitalizations and ultimately open-heart surgery to address damage caused by the infection. She fought so hard, with loving support by her mom, daughter, and entire family.

Please keep Hannah’s family in your prayers during this most difficult time, especially her 13 year old daughter, Isabel. If you have the ability to make a donation, we are raising money to help Lucia, Hannah’s mother and very best friend, provide for Isabel in Hannah’s absence. While money will never fill the void of a loving  mother, it can allow the family time to grieve and provide for Isabel as she deserves. Even the smallest amounts add up to make a BIG difference!
