It is with an extremely heavy heart that we share on April 19, 2022, Hakeem’s life was tragically & senselessly taken, leaving behind his 2-year-old son, Kaiden, who was his whole world, as well as his mother & step-father, Sharlene & Don Mark, sister, Nadiyah Shereff, brother, Saleem White, niece, Tahjia, nephew, Ayinde, partner, Chanelle and many other grieving family members and friends who adored him. Hakeem was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ann Greene and uncle Anthony Greene.

 

There is no way to describe the pain and heartbreak those who knew and loved Hakeem are feeling over the sudden and tragic loss of him. Hakeem was a very hard worker, devoted father and cherished friend. He was a loving, kind soul who left a mark on all those who were lucky enough to have known him. The memories of Hakeem, and his gentle nature, will be cherished forevermore.

 

Many people who knew Hakeem have reached out asking if there is anything they can do to help. As his loving family mourns the devastating loss of their beloved, we would like to alleviate any financial burdens, as well as provide monetary support for his son’s future.
