Seng Hak Oum was a loving husband of 32 years to my mom Noun, a caring and supportive father to myself and my two siblings Dara and Chanceny and playful grandfather to Nathaniel and Eliana. An expert fisherman and craftsman around the house, Hak was skilled wherever he directed his efforts. He frequently made my family laugh by cracking jokes at my mom and lightening dark situations with his smile.

Despite having the strength to overcome the toughest obstacles anyone could be asked to endure, he remained humble and accepting of everyone. Anyone that was close to my father knew he was always supportive and believed in them to accomplish their goals, no matter the circumstances. 


No words can describe how unfair and painful his loss is. His sudden and unexpected passing has left my family in a difficult situation and any help would be greatly appreciated.
