Last week, our family experienced the unexpected passing of our mother, Gina Grady. While she had faced health challenges, we never imagined we would lose her so suddenly. We are still in shock and trying to process the heartbreak of her absence.

Because her passing was unforeseen, we were unable to complete any end-of-life plans with her, and we are now facing the financial responsibilities that come with laying a loved one to rest. We are doing everything we can to honor Gina’s memory and fulfill what we know would be important to her.

Gina’s life was not an easy one, but despite the challenges, we know she loved us the best she could. We hold close the parts of her that were funny, loving, and fiercely independent.
