Our hearts are heavy with the drowning of my 3 year old nephew, Gerard III (lovingly known as 3rd) on Wednesday. Your thoughts and prayers for my brother, Gerard Dee Taylor, Sr and my Sister-n-Love Mary are so dearly needed at this very difficult time. We have the added burden of preparing amid the COVID-19 Corona Virus "Stay at Home" and "Social Distancing" Order, which will further limit how/what we can do in terms of funeral services.
Many have expressed their desire to give the family donations/assistance in preparing for 3rd's Homegoing service. While my brother appreciates the kind gestures, we, the family want to help alleviate the added stress of him trying to facilitate receiving these gifts in addition to dealing with the difficult next steps of making necessary funeral preparations. More than anything, he needs your prayers.

UPDATE:
Visitation will be Friday, April 24th from 9am-10am followed by a Graveside service at 11am at Sacred Heart Cemetary.
Final arrangements have been entrusted to Proctor's Mortuary.
