In Loving Memory of Genaro Reyes

Hi,

I’m creating this fundraiser in memory of my cousin, Genaro Reyes, a man who was not only family to me but also a role model to so many in our community. He was a loving husband, a devoted father, and a tireless supporter of our local schools and families. Genaro poured his heart into raising his children. His kids were his world, and everything he did—at home, in the schools, and in the community—was for them.

Genaro was the definition of dedication. For over 10 years, he served as President of the Parent Teacher Organization, was a respected member of the School Board, and was involved in nearly every school leadership team and event you can think of. He gave endlessly of his time and energy—not for recognition, but because he genuinely cared.

To know him was to know generosity, strength, and quiet leadership. Genaro’s sudden passing has left an enormous void in our hearts and in the lives of his wife and children. His passing has left a huge hole in our family and our community. I’m organizing this fundraiser to help support his wife and children as they navigate this incredibly difficult time.
