Our dearest Gail fought her battle with cancer with incredible strength, grace, and quiet courage. She was taken from us far too soon, leaving behind a profound emptiness in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Gail was a devoted and loving mother to her four beautiful children—AJ (25), Leila (17), Michael (14), and Joey (11)—and the beloved wife of her soulmate, Viet Tran. Her family was her entire world, and everything she did was rooted in love, sacrifice, and unwavering devotion to them.
To know Gail was to feel warmth. She had the purest, kindest soul—one that radiated through her gentle presence and unforgettable smile. She had a way of lighting up every room she entered, making everyone around her feel seen, comforted, and cared for. She was selfless, compassionate, and deeply cherished as a friend.
This GoFundMe has been created to support Gail’s family. Funeral arrangements have been fully covered, and all funds raised will go toward her children’s (3 kids remaining) college savings in honor of Gail’s dream for their future.

Funeral service details:
A visitation will be held at Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, located at 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125, on March 7, 2026, from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm the next day.
The funeral service will also take place at Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park on March 7, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
Following the funeral service, a committal service will be held at the same location on March 7, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm
