In loving memory of Gabriella Navarrete

My name is Jasmin and I’m raising funds for my friend and coworker Rosa who recently lost her daughter in a mass shooting. Gabriella Navarrete was born on April 30th, 2005 and passed away on July 4th, 2023. She just graduated from Weatherford High School and was attending L Makeup in Southlake. On the final hours of July 3rd, her life was tragically stolen from her after Como Fest when someone opened fire into a crowd of more than 2000+ people. She was one of the three victims whose life was lost at age 18. Gabriella, also known as Gabby, had a full life ahead of her and was excited to start her career in something that she enjoyed so much. With the help of her family, she was supporting herself in school by working at H-E-B in Hudson Oaks. She loved her job, makeup, and family.

Regardless of laws, justice, or any effort to change things in our city, this will never bring back Gabby to her family. No parent should ever have to identify and bury their child, let alone at the hands of senseless act violence. Any amount would help ease the financial burden to her parents and family.
