It is with an extremely heavy heart that we share news of Frederick "Gilbert" Tellez' tragic passing.

On the 28th of November, Gilbert lost his battle against an illness he fought to overcome. He left behind his daughters Cynthia and Christina, son Freddie and their family. 

Gilbert was a loving father, Papa, brother, son, and friend to everyone. He was a hard worker and dedicated to his profession. Gilbert worked at Stater Bros as a meat cutter for 10+ years - that is where his continued passion for food came from. He was loved by many and to say he will be missed is an understatement.
