Dear friends, family, and community,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father of five, and local hero Jack Brylewski, a man who dedicated his life to protecting our community from the ravages of fire.

With deep sorrow, we remember his unwavering courage and love for his wife Tana, and young children: Owen, Myles, Archie, Violet, and Emma. In this time of profound loss, we invite you to join us in honoring Jack’s legacy.

We have established this GoFundMe campaign to provide support for his grieving family during this difficult period. As Jack leaves behind his stay at home wife and 5 young children, your donations will help ease the financial burdens they now face.  

All contributions will go towards funeral expenses, ongoing living costs, and ensuring that Jack’s children have access to the resources they need as they navigate life without their father.
