Our dearest mother Felipa Velazquez has passed. She has been through a lot of health issues throughout her life. She had end stage renal disease and was on dialysis 3 times a week, had cirrhosis of the liver and congestive heart failure. For the past month she was hospitalized for various complications due to her health issues. Friday after dialysis she went into cardiac arrest was without oxygen for over 10 minutes and had to be intubated. As her children we had to make the most difficult decision you will ever have to make. You never want to have to make the hard decision of someone so dear to you go. But wanted to stop all of her pain and suffering she has endured and finally let her Rest In Peace. She finally succomed to her her issues on Saturday night. We greatly appreciate any help a little goes a long way. Thank you all in advance.
