In Loving Memory of Esther Carro

It is with a very heavy heart for our Events by M Team today, as we have lost a member of our EbM family.  Esther Carro, beloved mother of Brenda Avalos, HR Manager of Events by M, and loving wife of Vincent Avalos, Chef at EbM...Esther suddenly passed away on Sunday, July 29th .  I have worked with Vinny & Esther for 20 years, I joined them at Aramark Fine Dining Services at  Ameritech's Corporate Headquarters in Hoffman Estates back in 1998, and we have grown together over the years, with Vinny becoming Chef for EbM in 2006.  Esther continued with Aramark, and most recently had been enjoying life taking care of her family & beautiful grandbabies.  She worked  catering events with us when she was able to.  She was the backbone of her family, admired by all for her kindness, love, generosity &  strength. 

In honor of Esther, we have created this Go-Fund Me page to support the Avalos family for funeral expenses, and other expenses for her beautiful family that is devastated by their loss...
