In loving memory of Ernest Ochoa Jr.— A life cut short.

As some of you may have already heard, Ernest Ochoa Jr’s life has been tragically taken. He was attacked Saturday night 6.28.25 by a group of individuals while leaving a Ralph’s grocery store after using an ATM. He suffered serious head injuries (blunt force trauma) that left him brain dead. As a result, he is no longer with us.

This account has been created per the request of friends and loved ones who knew Ernest and want to contribute. Ernest leaves behind two children, his Mother, brothers, sister, family, and friends who adore him dearly.

We are shocked and very much saddened by this senseless and horrific passing — and too soon after the loss of Ernest Sr. Which makes it even more difficult to endure. May he Rest In Peace and may his memory be eternal.

In the midst of this tragedy, there’s some comfort in knowing that all of his organs are healthy and will be used to save the lives of others.
