In loving memory of Eric Frey

It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of my cousin Eric Frey's passing.

Eric had navigated lung cancer a number of years ago and seemed to be doing well. About a month ago, his cancer returned with a vengeance. Because of its advanced stage, there was nothing the doctors could do. Eric was placed on home hospice care a few weeks later, and passed peacefully in his sleep at his home on August 28, 2024.

I spoke to Eric a few days before his death, and his final wishes were for Kristel to be taken care of. He was very concerned about her having to deal with a leaky roof and other issues with the house. So in lieu of flowers, we are requesting financial support for Kristel in accordance with his final wishes. Your prayers are greatly appreciated as well.

Eric was born on April 7, 1959. He was an old hippy who loved Jesus and adored his wife and family. He leaves behind his wife Kristel, children Erika and Robert and grandchildren Ryder, Lisa, Giovanna, and Arian. Eric donated his body to science. No memorial is currently planned. We will certainly keep you updated if that changes.
