Hello, my name is Ronald Ramirez. My beloved wife, Elizabeth Ramirez Perasso, passed away on January 11th, leaving an immeasurable emptiness in our lives.

Elizabeth was a woman full of light, joyful, curious, compassionate, and always ready to lift others with her warmth. For more than twenty years, she was my partner in every sense of the word: my companion, my confidante, and the heart of our home.

She was also an extraordinary mother to our daughter Sylvana, who was her greatest pride and her endless source of joy. Elizabeth’s love extended to her family, her friends, her colleagues, and even to the animals who shared our lives (Chancho, Choupi, and Channa) who adored her gentle presence.

Her passing has deeply affected everyone who knew her: her family in Canada and abroad, her coworkers who admired her kindness and dedication, and the many people whose lives she touched simply by being herself.

This fundraiser was suggested by her colleagues, who wished to offer a gesture of solidarity during this difficult time. There is no fixed financial goal, every contribution, no matter the amount, is received with profound gratitude.

The funds will help support our family as we navigate this painful transition and allow us to honor Elizabeth’s memory with the dignity, love, and tenderness she deserves.
