It is with great sadness and that we announce that on Monday July 7, 2024 our beloved Dylan Marinus Jensen was called to be with our Lord at the young age of 33 years old. Due to this unforeseen circumstance and Dylan not having a beneficiary listed for his assets, we are raising funds to help cover his funeral expenses and the remainder will go to the family to help us get through this extremely tough time.
Dylan’s biggest and most proudest achievements in life were his recovery and achieving to become a Journeyman within his career. His recovery journey began on March 14, 2020 and it was his driving force to be successful in all aspects of his life. Dylan spent the last 7 years traveling around the United States (a lot of times with his little brother, Holden) doing what he loved as a Millwright for Local 1607. On his free time, you could catch Dylan 4x4-ing or hiking in the mountains with family and friends, cruising on his Harley-Davidson or jamming out to some tunes in the backyard with the family.
He was known for his kindness, hilarious and comedic sense of humor and dedication to his family, friends and career. Dylan’s generosity and immense personality touched the lives of everyone that he met and will be greatly missed. We have set up an email and encourage those that have any photos or videos of Dylan to send them to that email please. We would appreciate it if everyone can send any and all of what you have. We will post the email to Facebook and you can also reach out to Kelly Jensen or Holden Jensen for it.
Dylan is survived by both of his parents, Corrin and Jeffrey Jensen, his brother Holden and sister-in-law Kelly Jensen, sisters Quinn and Allison Jensen, his son Jeffrey Xavier Jensen and his nephew Jayden Jensen. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Michael Stanchina and his great-grandparents, Marinus and Blanche Jensen.
*The location and date of Dylan’s celebration of life is yet to be set due to him passing away in a different state but once it is set, we will let everybody know. Please be patient while we all painfully wait for his return back home to Greeley, CO where his services will be held.
If you are not able to donate, it would mean the world to our family if you could share this Gofundme with your friends and family. Thank you and God bless you all.
