In Loving Memory of Duane J. Allison
Donation protected

I’m starting a fundraiser to help The family of Duane J. Allison, during this devastating time . Not only is his sister Deana my best friend, but I want to do my part as a human being and help however I can. Being a wife, mother, & sibling myself, I couldn’t imagine being in their position.
For those who may not have heard this tragic news,
On October 19, 2021, at approximately 11:53 P.M., troopers with the Lima Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol received a report of a pickup truck that had struck a tree.
Duane J. Allison, age 35, of Lima, was operating a 2009 Dodge Ram pickup truck southbound on Grubb Rd. north of Agerter Rd. when the vehicle went off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree. Mr. Allison was pronounced dead on scene by Allen County Coroner Investigator Aaron Cunningham. Mr. Allison was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. He was transported to the St. Rita’s Mercy Health Morgue. Alcohol or drugs are not suspected to be a factor at this time.
Troopers were assisted on scene by American Township Fire and EMS, Allen County Coroner’s Office and Able’s Towing. The crash remains under investigation.
Duane left behind his beautiful wife Heather and 3 children, Dalyn Allison 6 , Alydia Allison 12, and Kayleigh Allison 12. He worked at the Prison and spent his spare time giving back and working hand-in-hand in the community with his food truck service, The Bobby Cue Grill. But anyone that met Duane, understood quickly , taking care of and providing for his family was #1 priority and being the best husband/father/brother/son he could was his Passion and absolutely everything to him.
Can we all pull together to ensure Duane’s family is overwhelmed with support and love at this difficult time.
If for any reason you are not able to donate, please please please show your support in other ways by sharing this fundraiser so we can gain as much support as possible.
All funds will be given to Duane’s Wife and children as a contribution towards the funeral & memorial. The remaining will be used to help His wife Heather with living expenses/college funds for the kids as her income has now unexpectedly cut in half. Their lives will never be the same, but let’s all let them know that they ARE NOT alone
Thank you all in advance .
