Dearest friends and family, it is with great pain and sadness that we inform you that Douglas "Doug" Mackenzie lost the most brutal battle of his life this morning, September 11, 2021. As his family and friends knew him, Doug was a devoted husband to Roxanne and a caring father to Faith. Roxanne, his loving wife, said it best, "I lost my love, my husband, my best friend, my EVERYTHING, and the father of my daughter Faith."  Doug was diagnosed with COVID three weeks ago, and though he fought with all he had, his Creator called him home. Doug was a loving husband, father, and friend to all; his enthusiasm for life, as well as his infectious laugh, were contagious, and his faith in God was unwavering. Some of you have inquired about how you may assist his family at this difficult time.
