In loving memory of Dominic William Hirst

We’ll start with the sad part. Our dearly beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew and friend, Dominic Hirst, unfortunately passed away in early January 2023, following many years of struggling with his mental health. Despite his problems, Dom was the kindest, friendliest, funniest, warmest person anybody could ever wish to meet, and always on hand to help with kind words, his time and his efforts - a truly great mate. Needless to say we will miss him terribly and wish that things could have been different.

In the wake of his tragic passing, we have been contacted by so many who knew and loved Dom and would like to help in some way. So, with that in mind and on behalf of Dom’s parents Mick and Debbie, his sister Michaela, brother Mitch and all his pals, we have decided to offer up this opportunity to contribute to Dom’s memory. Initially we will put any money raised towards the cost of a superb send off, with any surplus to be offered to Dom’s family to use as they wish, perhaps to provide a special place to sit and remember him, or to help a good cause supporting mental health, armed forces veterans or animals, all of which were close to Dom’s heart.
