It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of Dexter E. Sims-Howard, a beloved father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. Dexter’s warmth, laughter, and love touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His unexpected departure has left a deep void in our lives and hearts.
