In Loving Memory of Deris Renoj️
With heavy hearts, we are asking for prayers, love, and support as we mourn the sudden and tragic loss of our beloved Deris Renoj.
She had just turned 42 years old, celebrating her birthday only five days before her passing. On February 5th, she was tragically taken from us when a vehicle that had just struck a bicyclist sped into her workplace in Westwood, taking her life far too soon. Though she was originally scheduled to close, she selflessly picked up a morning shift when she was notified a coworker was not going to make it in. Her kindness, dependability, and willingness to always help others defined who she was right until the very end.
She leaves behind her devoted husband, five children, and six grandchildren who meant everything to her. She was also a loving daughter, sister, and aunt, and the heart of her family. Her home was always a place of love, laughter, warmth, and comfort that only she could give. She loved deeply and was loved beyond words.
Just days before her passing, we celebrated her birthday by cutting her a cake alongside her sister and nephew whom she shares birthdays with. She asked that we throw a big party for all three next year, a wish we will now honor without her physical presence. Birthdays will never be the same. Holidays will never be the same. Our lives have changed forever, and our hearts will always feel incomplete without her.
Though we are heartbroken, we hold onto our faith, trusting that she is now resting in God’s eternal peace. Her love lives on through her family and everyone whose life she touched.
All funds raised will go toward funeral and memorial expenses, as well as family support to help her husband as he takes time off work to be present for their two minor children as they begin learning how to navigate life without her.
We are deeply grateful for any support, whether it’s a donation, a prayer, or simply sharing this. No amount is too small, and every act of kindness is a blessing.
Though our hearts are heavy, your kindness gives us hope. Thank you for helping keep her love and memory alive in our family and community.
Love Always, Familia Renoj-Tipaz❤️️
