In loving memory of Derick Kaplinger

On Friday June 17, 2022 Derick “Kap”Kaplinger was taken from us far to soon at the age of 28. Derick leaves behind countless loving family and friends who will cherish the memories they had with him forever. Although my friendship with Derick does not date back as far as I wish it had, I consider myself blessed that I had the opportunity to know him. I met Derick on the softball field originally as an opponent, my team was up late in the game and as I jogged into 2nd base I was greeted by a big smile and a compliment on my hit. Derick had a huge heart and genuinely wanted to share it with anyone he crossed paths with and I consider myself lucky to have known him. I will remember and miss his infectious smile and positive attitude till I see him again. Rest In Peace Derick ❤️ DK23
