Our mama was a fighter. To her very last day, she fought hard for her place in this world and made such a positive impact on so many people around her. She loved her family, singing, smiling, laughing and praising God. 

This hasn't been easy on us. We weren't prepared and we didn't want to lose her. But we are glad that God shed his Mercy on her life, and enabled her to persevere for 61 long years on this earth. Towards the end of her journey, she battled kidney failure, cancer, and heart failure - yet she never backed down to fighting any of her illnesses. We loved her so much and will do our best to continue her legacy.
