Debi O’Connell passed away on Friday, March 24th, 2023 in Rocklin, California of natural causes. She is survived by her husband Leslie Samaniego, stepchildren Olivia and Joseph, and children Jason, Matthew, and Rachel.

Born Debi Jane Forsyth in Berlin, Germany, on January 22nd, 1965, Debi will be remembered by her friends and family for her big heart and sense of humor. She enjoyed gardening, hated spicy foods, and loved playing darts, which led her to meet Les, her partner of over 20 years. A friend to every animal she encountered, she loved her two pit bulls, Winnie and Willow. Debi was a reliable and altruistic friend and neighbor, always willing to lend a helping hand however she could, selfless in her service of others.
