In Loving Memory of David Goertzen

On behalf of family and friends, it is with a heavy heart that I announce the sudden and unexpected passing of David Goertzen on August 26th. Taken far too young, he was 27 years old, passing away from what looks to be a heart attack.

Loving and devoted husband, son, brother, friend, I know David loved and was loved by all who knew him.

From the moment I met him, I could see that he was a good soul, with a big heart, full of kindness. David and my daughter Jenny were high school sweethearts. He absolutely adored her, and she adored him right back. They were inseparable. One could not have asked for a kinder, gentler, more loving match. I cannot find the words to express how incredibly sad it is that he was taken from us so early.

Funds raised by this campaign will go directly to David's wife Jenny and will be used to pay for funeral and other costs that come with losing a loved one so unexpectedly. I know that money is tight in these pandemic times but anything you can give, no matter how great or small, will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support.
