It is with unimaginable pain and deep sorrow that we share the sudden and tragic passing of our precious son, David Damian Estrella. On August 8th, 2025, just weeks after celebrating his 20th birthday on July 5th, David’s life was taken far too soon in a car accident.

David was a shining example of hope and promise. He dreamed of following in his father’s footsteps to become a Local 3 electrician, a path he spoke of with pride and excitement. He was bright, hardworking, and more than just a son; he was a loyal friend, a loving family member, and a source of joy and laughter to all who knew him. He poured his energy into learning, working, and building a future for himself -- all cut short in an instant.

Our lives will never be the same without him. The weight of this loss is something no parent should ever have to bear. Our family is devastated and still struggling to comprehend this heartbreaking loss. As we try to navigate the grief of losing our child, we are also faced with the painful task of planning his farewell — something we never imagined doing for someone so young, so full of life.
