In Loving Memory of Dave Klimper

On Tuesday, March 19, 2024, David Klimper suddenly passed away, leaving behind his wife, Cindy, his daughter, 2 Sons, 3 Grandsons, 3 Granddaughters, many friends and his 3 furbabies, who were his world. Firestorm and About Trees are organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Cindy, to help her as she navigates this difficult time.

Dave began employment with Firestorm in 2003 as a mechanic. He knew just enough about everything that there wasn’t anything he couldn’t fix or keep running. If there was money to be saved on a part, Dave knew where to find it. His shop wasn’t always the most organized, but he knew exactly where everything was. More importantly however, Dave was a father figure and inspiration to many in the workplace. In 2021, Dave moved over to the sister company About Trees, to run their shop and help with operations. Dave took the time and care to get to know each employee at About Trees. He was always open, honest, and eager to share his life stories in the hopes of helping others through difficult times of their own. The Firestorm and About Trees family will never be able to replace him, not only because of his vast knowledge of equipment, but because of the personal relationships he chose to build with everyone who joined our teams. He will be greatly missed.
