On 02/05/2025, our dear friend Monika’s world was shattered when she lost her beloved husband, Darek, at just 40 years old. Darek was not only a devoted husband and father, but a kind, hardworking man who touched the lives of everyone who knew him.

Monika and Darek shared a lifetime together—meeting when she was just 17. Their love was deep, genuine, and unwavering. Together, they raised three beautiful children: Natalia (13), Kacper (9), and little Emilia (4). Darek worked tirelessly to provide for his family and loved them all with his whole heart.He worked at the Brighton Belle pub in Winsford for many years and, in January 2024, moved to the Premier Inn in Northwich, where he continued to give 100% in everything he did. His dedication and kindness were evident in every aspect of his life.His passing has left an unfillable void in the hearts of his family and friends. As Monika now faces the unimaginable task of raising their children alone, we are coming together to support her in every way we can. She is incredibly strong, never one to ask for help—but this time, she shouldn’t have to.
