In Loving Memory of Dara Barham — Funeral and Family Support Fund.

On 22 June, our beloved friend and cherished member of the community, Dara Barham, aged only 22, was tragically taken from us. While courageously intervening to prevent violence and bring peace during a conflict, he was fatally stabbed outside the Hounslow Muslim Centre in Hounslow. Despite the swift efforts of emergency responders, he sadly passed away later that day in hospital.

Dara was a young man full of kindness, always ready to help others, and brought warmth and light to everyone around him. His sudden loss has left an immense void, and we, his close friends and community, are grieving deeply. The pain of losing someone so full of life and promise is beyond words.

Two individuals have been arrested, and the investigation is ongoing. As we mourn this heartbreaking tragedy, we hold steadfast to Dara’s memory as a true peacemaker — someone who selflessly put others before himself.

This fundraiser has been established to assist with the funeral arrangements and to provide much-needed support to Dara’s grieving family during this profoundly difficult time. Your generosity will not only help ease the financial burden but also honor his legacy of compassion and courage.

The funds will be raised to pay for the funeral and repatriation of the body. I will be managing the funds on behalf of his family as they not here. We will send the remaining funds to the family with his relative who will go with body. As this is all we can do in this hard time for us and his family.
