In loving Memory Of Daniel Valk

Hello everyone. It is with heavy hearts that I am writing this. On the Evening of September 30th our beloved friend Danny Valk was involved in a Fatal Motorcycle accident on Route 32 in Catskill Ny. For Anyone who knew Dan knew he was able to light up the room when he walked in. You always seen him having a good time laughing and checking up on you. He was a very kind person who cared about others. He’d give any one the shirt off his back. He cared about his community, he was a Volunteer Firefighter for the Saxton-Katsbaan fire district located in Saugerties. Over the years he was top responder, firefighter of the year, and one of the most active members in the department. He had a huge passion for the outdoors, firefighting, his friends, motorcycles,but most importantly his two kids. Dan is a father, who leaves behind two young beautiful boys Mason who is turning 4 years old in December and Waylon who is just 6 months old, and his Girlfriend Bailey.Dan loved his kids with everything he had. He would go above and beyond to make sure they were taken care of. All proceeds will be going to Corey Kiernan who is a close friend of Danny’s, he will be withdrawing the funds to a check to pay the funeral home. Any left over will goto the children. May Danny rest in peace and his memory live on forever.
