In Loving Memory of Daniel James Mammini

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Daniel James Mammini of Gilroy, who left us far too soon on March 13, 2025.

If you knew Daniel, you knew he was an incredible friend and a devoted father. He was full of life, love, and laughter, and his children, Danica (11) and Daniel Jr. (7), meant the world to him. Daniel is survived by his partner, Ronnica Lopez, their children Danica and Daniel Jr., as well as his sisters, Stephanie and Jessica, and his brother, Greg.

Daniel was a bright light in the lives of all who knew him. He had a contagious sense of humor, always ready with a joke, and was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He cherished his friendships and was deeply loved by so many.

On Sunday, March 9th, Daniel wasn’t feeling well and was transported to a local hospital by ambulance. Doctors determined he had an infection, which ultimately led to him being transferred to four different hospitals in just a few days. Despite everything, he kept his spirits up, and we all prayed for his recovery. Unfortunately, the infection proved too much, and Daniel passed away, leaving us heartbroken as he was called to rest in heaven.

The road ahead for his family will be challenging, especially with his young children. To help support funeral costs and provide financial relief during this difficult time, his partner, Ronnica Lopez, has given permission to open this GoFundMe.
