In Loving Memory of Cynthia Cruce
Donation protected
My name is Johnny Robison, and I am fundraising to cover the final expenses for a special lady, Cynthia Elaine Cruce. I applied for and received guardianship of Cynthia after my wife, Tana, passed away. Tana was the younger sister of Cynthia. Cynthia recently passed on, and I am organizing her final journey. The plan is to arrange a dignified cremation and to have Cynthia's ashes put upon a plot next to her mother, who is buried in Tulia, Texas. I am sharing the expenses with her brother, Keenan. This fundraiser is to help defray the costs. Cynthia was born with an inherited disorder called PKU. It is a rare disorder that causes an amino acid called phenylalanine to build up in the body. A change in the phenylalanine gene causes PKU. This gene helps create the enzyme needed to break down phenylalanine. Without the enzyme necessary to break down phenylalanine, a dangerous buildup can develop when a person with PKU eats foods containing protein or aspartame, an artificial sweetener. Despite the mental impairment that resulted, Cynthia was the sweetest and kindest person you could meet. Wade Funeral Home is handling the services and is offering a steep discount after they heard her story. Thank you for your kindness and help.
