Richard Overby "Cook" unexpectedly gained his angel wings on December 26th, 2020. Cook was a kind, gentle, fun loving man who leaves behind his devoted fiancé, Brenda Irvine of 28 years, daughters Julie Overby and Kimberly Sudduth, brother Frank Overby and many others who loved him.  Cook did not have life insurance. Any donation made towards the family will go towards his final expenses so that Cook can be laid to rest. All help is extremely appreciated. Funeral arrangements will be posted at a later time.
