With heavy hearts we learned of the tragic and sudden passing of Codey Smeets early yesterday morning. Codey was a son, a grandson, a brother, a cousin, a friend, and the most loving father to his two year old son, Cayce. Cayce was the light of Codey’s life and the thing he was most proud of.
We understand the trials and tribulations Cayce will face growing up without his Dad’s love and guidance and are hoping to come together as a community of people who loved Codey and knew how much he loved his son.
All funds raised will be put into a trust for Cayce’s future endeavours, whatever those may be.
Codey’s family is so appreciative of all of the love and support they’ve received during this very difficult time. We want to keep Codey’s memory alive and ensure Cayce never forgets how much love and pride Codey had for him.
