In loving Memory of Coach Darryl Harding
Donation protected
It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Coach Darryl Harding.
If you played baseball in Scarborough over the last 30 years, you knew Coach Darryl.
Darryl was more than just a coach; he was a mentor, a leader, and a friend to all who had the privilege of knowing him. Darryl taught us all about teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship. His passion for the game and his commitment to each and every player were unmatched. To say Coach Darryl made a mark on our community, both on and off the field would be an understatement.
Darryl spent more time at Wishing Well park than he did at home. By choice! As he wanted to always make sure each little ball player had what they needed. Darryl truly kept the ball rolling! In every way!
Please join us in extending our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones during this difficult time. Coach Darryl’s legacy will live on in the hearts of everyone he inspired and in the countless memories he helped create.
Darryl leaves behind his beautiful children Mackenzie and Dawson who lived with him in his home. Dawson and Kenzie also lost their mother a few years ago and will now be left with numerous responsibilities. During this incredibly difficult time, we want to come together to support them as they navigate life without their dad.
In addition to the emotional challenges they face, there are also financial burdens that have come with this unexpected loss. We are reaching out to our community to ask for your support.
Your generosity will not only help ease the financial strain on the family but also provide a sense of hope and stability for Mackenzie and Dawson as they move forward.
We thank you in advance for the love and support, we know our sweet Coach Darryl would find comfort in knowing his community is taking care of his children as he took care of all of ours.
Funeral details to be announced at a later date.
Rest in peace, Coach Darryl You will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
