Dear friends, family, and kindhearted strangers,

It is with a heavy heart that we share the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved Claire Knowles on 08/17/2025. Unfortunately she passed away after a tragic swimmimg event. She was a wonderful sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend who touched the lives of everyone around her.

Claire was a spontaneous, fun loving person who cared deeply for her family and friends. She had deep kindness, warmth, for anyone that she came in contact with, whether it be at bingo or where ever she was. She would put a smile on your face and give you a big hug.

Losing Claire has created not only immense emotional pain but also an unexpected financial burden from funeral expenses.

We are asking for support to help cover the costs of the cremation and celebration of life costs. We are aiming to raise 5,000 by 09/30/2025 to ensure we can provide the Celebration of life she deserves and allow our family to grieve without added financial stress. We normally don't ask for help but being as sudden as it was no one was prepared for this ordeal and could use the strength of our communities to help a deserving family non the less get through this tragic ordeal.

Any contribution, no matter the size, would be greatly appreciated and would help ease our burden. If you are unable to donate, sharing the fundraiser with others who knew Claire would also be a great help.
