On May 16th, 2025, we lost the heart of our family — Cindy Jaco. Born on November 20th, 1958, she was 66 years old and left behind a legacy of love, strength, and selflessness.

Cindy was more than a mother of two and a grandmother of five — she was the one who stepped in to raise her grandchildren and made sure everyone around her was cared for. She never put herself first, always making sure her family had what they needed. Her kindness and steady presence grounded us, and now that she’s gone, there is an ache in our hearts that words can hardly express.

We are taking time off work to grieve and to support our grandfather, who is retired and struggling deeply with this loss. Cindy was his partner, his rock, and he now fears the family may drift apart without her. But we are determined to show him that the love she poured into all of us will hold us together.

This GoFundMe is to help us with funeral preparations, basic expenses during this difficult time, and meals to freeze and keep Grandpa nourished while he adjusts to life without her.
