In Loving Memory of Christopher Kocot: A Support for Angela, Michael, Sabrina, and Emily.

Chris was taken by the very unfair, tragic, and fast-moving ALS disease. He was diagnosed in May 2022 and passed on October 7, 2023, after 18 months of suffering. Thanks to his angel, Angela and his children, Chris was in a ‘good spirits‘ almost to his last days.

Chris loved life and was an instant friend with everyone he met. His kindness and caring for others manifested itself through the weekly online drop-in sessions he organized to lift the spirits of his colleagues during the time of mandatory isolation. Thank you, Chris!

He was a shining light in the lives of his kids, who are still in need of his mentoring and presence.

We have created this GoFoundMe campaign to extend a helping hand to Chris’ immediate family in the time of profound need. The funds raised will be dedicated to securing their emotional and psychological well-being, kids’ education (all three are university students) and a cause near and dear to Chris’ family.
