In Loving Memory of Chloe Snyder
Donation protected
Chloe Hernandez went to be with the Lord October 16, 2021. Chloe was born on October, 20, 1998. She was at home and surrounded by her family and friends in the weeks leading up to her passing days, just days prior to her 23rd birthday.
Once upon a time, her doctors said she wouldn’t live to see 10. Those of us that loved Chloe knew, she was too determined to let that be. Over the years, she had a dozen or so surgeries, probably 100’s of appointments, and that doesn’t even include therapy (speech, ot, pt) appointments. Yet she was the nicest most appreciative person any of us will probably ever know. She was always somehow thinking of others, always asking us how we were. It’s almost hard to explain considering the struggles that her parents watched her go through time and time again without so much as a complaint.
She was amazing, and brave, and strong young lady. She has been and forever will be her parents Hero!!
Her sweet little heart (and little body) were full of love for everyone and true happiness just to be alive.
Her father, mother and brother Cooper are all forever changed because they had the privilege of being her family.
"She made us better" The mother says "We take comfort knowing she isn’t hurting anymore!"
Please help the Snyder family through these difficult time in rasing funds to address immediate expenses associated with cremation, medial bills and a memorial service.
God bless you and thank you.
