We are deeply saddened to share the heartbreaking news of the passing of Chimei Zounon, who departed this life on Monday, December 8, 2025, in Oklahoma City, USA.

Affectionately known as “Chef Z", Chimei was a gentle and compassionate soul whose presence brought light, warmth, and comfort to everyone he encountered. His kindness, sincerity, and genuine ability to connect with others left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing him. Through thoughtful gestures, reassuring words, and the simple way he made others feel seen and valued, Chimei touched countless lives in profound and meaningful ways.

The suddenness of this loss has left family, friends, and the entire community shocked and heartbroken.

As we grieve, we also come together to celebrate and honor Chimei’s life. We cherish the beauty of his journey, the warmth he shared so freely, and the love he poured into those around him. Though he is no longer with us, his spirit and memory will forever live on in our hearts.
