Hi, My name is Tamela Washington. April 8th, 2026 at 11:22 pm my daughter Chauncia Meekins was fatally shot and killed while working in the drive through at Steak N Shake Restaurant on Bellefontaine rd, following an altercation with a customer who wanted an order of “onion rings” they did not intend on paying for. This sick Tragedy has left my family in shambles and a part of me broken inside as this will be my 2nd daughter I’ll have to bury. I was completely shocked and now left unprepared as we were planning her 33rd birthday which is April 23rd now we have to plan funeral arrangements. My family and I ask for prayers at this time!! Any and all support, donations, or help with figuring out who the sick individuals who caused us this great deal of pain is greatly appreciated during this process as we grieving and taking this very hard!!
