In loving memory of Charlotte, the most beautiful, kind hearted, bright, unicorn obsessed, and loving six-year-old who was her parents, Grace and Sean’s whole entire world.

Charlotte brought immense joy to Grace and Sean and everyone fortunate enough to know her. Charlotte lived with a rare metabolic condition Congenital Disorder of Glycosylation (CDG) type 1a which she faced with incredible strength, determination and resilience.

On November 22, 2024, Charlotte tragically passed away after a routine procedure (tonsil and adenoid removal) with extremely serious medical complications following.

Charlotte spent the last three days before she passed away in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Westmead Children’s Hospital.

This has been an unimaginably difficult and heartbreaking time for Grace and Sean with both of them unable to work.

At times like this as a gesture of love people often send flowers but these fade and we would love if you would consider donating instead.

The funds raised will go toward easing the financial pressures of rent, food, and bills including putting their cat Loki into the care of a cattery for an extended period of time as well as giving Charlotte the most beautiful service she deserves.
